Queen’s View Bed & Breakfast offers two guest suites and three rooms

accommodating up to 17 guests.

Normally, all reservations require a two-night minimum, but we are waiving this restriction temporarily.

Each room/suite offers sweeping views of Lake Superior, along with comfort and style. A continental breakfast is included each morning and can be enjoyed in the dining room, on the wrap-around porch, or in individual rooms/suites.

Main floor common areas including the wrap-around porch, solarium, living room and gardens, and a small, outdoor, heated plunge pool (adults only, separate agreement required) are shared by all guests. You are invited to take in the lake views, cherish the time with loved ones, adventure in the great outdoors, and know you are well taken care of at Queen’s View.

Maggie's Suite

Maggie’s Suite boasts the best views in the house. Comprised of two rooms and situated on the second floor, this suite offers a bedroom with queen bed and exquisite private bath, along with a sitting room area overlooking Lake Superior. An optional fold-out couch in the sitting area provides for a single bed sleeping option. You’ll never need or want to leave the comforts and views of this suite.

Queen's Room

Named in honor of long-time resident, Mary Hulings Rice, the Queen’s Room occupies the second floor of the original home. A bedroom with queen bed, white marble bathroom, and balcony with expansive views of Lake Superior are offered as part of this beautifully appointed experience.

Mona's Suite

Mona’s Suite is situated on the third floor of the original portion of the house, boasting a turret sitting area, two bedrooms, and a private bath. Guests enjoy Mona’s Suite for the reading of a good book, playing a game, or for the privilege of sinking into the clawfoot tub for a good soak.
The entire house may be reserved at any time (pending availability).
Mona’s Suite bedrooms may be reserved individually in the two weeks leading up to arrival, based on availability.

Bill’s Suite offers a second floor oasis with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious sitting area open to the common areas below. Gather, play board games, or launch on your Bayfield adventure from the home base of the well-appointed Bill’s Suite.

The coziest of the suites, Betty’s Room sits atop the third floor surrounded by impressive timbers and vaulted ceiling with superb lake views. A queen-sized four-poster bed, sitting area, open-concept bathroom and sweet, third floor balcony overlooking the lake are the highlights of this suite.
